If a mortgage program doesn’t make sense, he’ll tell you. If there is a better offer than his (a rare, but occasional situation) he’ll tell you. He returns phone calls promptly, schedules evening appointments and never makes you feel like you’re bothering him. His success is attributed to building a loyal client base that he has treasured since 1997.
